Clean the skin daily and the best way to achieve this

 Daily cleansing of the skin is essential, and you must follow a daily routine for caring for your skin. And because there are different skin types, you need to know your skin type first, to determine its own care routine. Skin types

There are 5 types of skin:

dry.

greasy;

mixed.

Normal.

Sensitive.

And doing a skin test to know your skin type is an important step to determine the daily skin cleaning method that suits you. It will also help you choose the right cosmetics and skin care products for you. Because using the wrong cosmetics, or following a skin care routine that is not suitable for you, will cause you many problems, including:

appearance of grains.

Skin dryness.

Skin irritation.

You can test your skin type at home, while cleaning the skin daily. Just wash your face with water and dry it. After about 1/2 hour, put a tissue on your entire face and press and note the following:

Oily skin,  you will notice the presence of traces of fat on the tissue, in the following areas “nose – forehead – chin – cheeks.”

 Mixed skin,  you will notice the presence of traces of oil in some areas, scattered in a small percentage.

Normal skin,  you will notice that the tissue paper does not have any traces of oil.

 Dry skin,  you will notice the peeling and dryness of the skin, and the absence of any greasy appearance on the tissue.

Sensitive skin,  a skin that does not need any testing, is the skin that is most prone to constant redness and irritation.

Clean the skin daily

First:  choose the right lotion for your skin, and use it in the morning and before bed.

Second : Always keep your skin moisturized, using moisturizing creams suitable for your skin type.

Third : Change the pillow case at least once a week.

Fourth : Use a sunscreen, about a quarter of an hour before going out.

Fifth : Use a natural scrub once or twice a week.

Sixth : Make natural masks for the skin once or twice a week.

You should also avoid some things, which can harm your skin, the most important of which are:

Lemon : It is very acidic, and causes dark spots to appear when exposed to sunlight. It may also dry out and irritate your skin.

Garlic : Using garlic in its raw form can cause many skin problems, including “skin allergy – eczema – skin infections – the appearance of pimples.”

Baking soda : Be careful with its use, as baking soda may affect your skin negatively. They greatly reduce your skin's water content, and cause skin to dry out.

Coarse sugar : Coarse sugar, when used as a skin scrub, is very harsh on the skin and may irritate or redden sensitive skin.

Toothpaste : Although the ingredients of toothpaste, may help kill germs and absorb skin oils, but it may make your skin dry, or cause irritation and redness of the skin.

Vitamin E : Excessive use of vitamin E topically, may cause irritation to your skin. It is also not yet proven to improve the appearance of scars.

Soap : Avoid washing the face with regular soap, as it contains a high percentage of acids, which cause the pores of the skin to clog.

Avoid using these ingredients, which will in the long run harm your skin. Use natural ingredients that suit your skin and get the best results, including:

The best skin cleansing oils

Coconut Oil.

Rose water.

Aloe vera gel.

glycerol;

Sweet almond oil.

olive oil.

Shea Butter.

Sesame oil.

Jojoba oil.

sunflower oil.

Avocado oil.
